Mr. Nadeem Jafri
is a native of Dholka taluka in Ahmedabad district of Gujarat State. He is son
of late Syed Dilhas Ahmed Jafri & Syeda Masum Fatema Jafri. His father was
a well-known wildlife photographer. Due to lack of proper schooling facilities in
Dholka his parents sent him to Sidhpur for his basic education.
There he grew
under the esteemed care of his uncle Pir Syed Mushahid Husain Jafri Saheb - the
Pir of Shia Mashayakhi Momin Community of Gujarat. So the basic religious and
spiritual understanding was inculcated right in the childhood years. His uncle
has been the strongest influence in his life.
Mr. Jafri
completed his BSc (Physics) from St. Xaviers College, Ahmedabad and took his
MBA degree from Institute of Management Studies, DAVV, Indore.
Later on in life
reading articles written by his uncle Pir Syed Mushahid Husain Jafri, having
Quranic discussions with him enhanced his knowledge & helped Mr. Jafri to
contemplate & write religious articles. The articles written by him are
very lucid and easy to understand. He uses day to day experiences to explain
the larger concepts. He supports his arguments with Quranic ayahs, which makes them
very enriching for the reader.
Mr. Jafri’s
contribution to society can be considered very wholesome. He has not only
brought about economic upliftment to a rural segment but has also contributed
towards enhancement of religious understanding through the book ‘Pearls of
Guidance’.
